If your products have arrived damaged please retain all packing materials and products. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents that are damaged. Please notify us of all issues with your order 72 hours after delivery.

CAN I TAKE A RAIN CHECK ON A SALE?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer rain checks. Sales only apply to in-stock items during the sale period. Sales cannot be extended.

We cannot guarantee orders will be delivered by a certain date or time.
ARE ROCCOCO PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE WHILE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
Yes they are. The only products we suggest checking with your general practitioner are Reactive Skin Cream, Reactive Skin Cream Intense and Rice Eye Balm. These contain Rose Oil which is traditionally an emmenagogue (brings on menstruation). Whilst this is unlikely it is best to be on the side of caution.
DOES ROCCOCO CONDUCT ANIMAL TESTING ON ANY PRODUCTS?
No, we do not conduct any animal testing on our products.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NEEDED FOR MY SKIN?
We recommend having a skin consultation prior to purchasing products to ensure you are using products targeted to your specific skin needs for best results.
WHY IS A SKIN CONSULTATION RECOMMENDED BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCTS?
The beginning of beautiful skin starts with an expert skin diagnosis. Often the reason you may not be getting results is because you are not using the right products for your skins individual needs. When you purchase products, if you haven’t had a thorough diagnosis you are simply guessing! Guessing what you think you need versus knowing for certain is when you have a winning combination of products and trusted guidance.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF ROCCOCO PRODUCTS?
Our cleansing oils have a shelf life of 1 year, 8 months once opened. All other products have a shelf life of 18 months, 12 months once opened.
IS IT NORMAL TO BREAKOUT WHEN STARTING THE PRODUCTS?
Yes sometimes you can. Anything that increases exfoliation of the skin has the potential to bring out existing congestion to the surface. This does not last long.
HOW SOON AFTER STARTING THE PRODUCTS SHOULD I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
It depends on the condition. Most clients notice some change within a week of use. Acne takes 3-6 months to form so it will take 4-7 months to clear.
DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS SUITED TO USE DURING CHEMOTHERAPY AND RADIATION?
Yes, our products are designed to repair the skin barrier. The products we would suggest using are the following:

No, we are not 100% natural. Our products range from 85-100% natural.
ARE ROCCOCO PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes, they are. We do not contain animal products or byproducts.
