BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful sanctuary of Stellis.

By booking an appointment with us you agree to our salon policies and standards below.

Please understand that these policies are put in place to protect our business, staff and clients.

Thank you for your understanding.

BOOKING POLICY

To secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service price, with the remaining balance being due on the day of your service.

You will receive a sms reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond with a “Y” to confirm your appointment – a “N” to cancel your appointment or contact us at the salon to reschedule.

If you choose to cancel your service outside of our 24hour cancellation window, your booking deposit will revert to a credit on file in salon to use towards a future treatment or product purchase.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, this will allow you to wind down, have a relaxed consultation and prepare for your service by visiting the bathroom or removing any jewellery.

If we have to cancel your appointment due to your late arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS ~
We kindly ask that your respect our space and other Stellis guests and their experience with us. All children under the age of 18, not receiving a service are not permitted to attend the salon or wait in reception. As per QLD OH&S laws, we are committed to a safe work environment for our team members and clients and as we work with sharp objects, electrical equipment and hot wax it is not a safe environment for children.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Stellis requires 24hrs notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of any salon bookings.

Our bookings are scheduled carefully to ensure enough time and space is allowed for your appointment to be carried out as effectively as possible. Late cancellations OR late changes to your appointment with less than 24hrs notice will result in the loss of your deposit or a 50% fee of the total service booked price. No future appointments can be booked if you have an outstanding fee.

No Shows or less the 2 hours notice given to cancel an appointment will result in a full fee of the service booked being charged. This invoice fee will be issued via email and no future bookings can be made if you have an outstanding fee.

If you chose to cancel because you want to stay in bed a bit longer, have double booked yourself or even picked up an extra shift at work – please be courteous and respect the fact that we have held this space for you and assigned a therapists time to you.

We do as a courtesy issue a sms reminder 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, however it is your responsibility to ensure you are organized and manage your own appointments and ensure we have your correct contact details on file.

SICK CANCELLATIONS ~
We understand everyone gets sick, it’s frustrating for you, its frustrating for us and it is no way to plan a schedule or run a business. However we need to protect our business to ensure we are sustainable moving forward so we can always be here to offer our high quality service and products to our community.

If you are not feeling well the day or night before, please contact us as soon as possible, rather then the day of the appointments. It is best to phone the salon to speak with us and if unattended then leave a voicemail. Unfortunately, same day sick cancellations will incur a fee to cover the cost of the therapist wage and business expenses.

BEHAVIOUR

At Stellis, we are a heart based business and are so proud of the beautiful environment and positive energy filed space we have created.

We will not tolerate poor behaviour, language, or actions towards any team member.

By booking an appointment with Stellis you agree to our booking and cancellation policies.

While our boundaries may anger some, it is only those who do not respect them that will respond negatively. We do reserve the right to block future appointments of clients whose behaviour or actions have upset us.
